General Practice Nurse (GPN)

General Practice Nurses plan and provide care, treatment, and health education to patients of all ages. They are healthcare professionals educated to degree level and have developed the skills and knowledge to allow them to take on expanded roles and scope of practice, usually within chronic disease management.

General Practice Nurses are regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, to look at their standards, revalidation support and more check the NMC standards page.
